The Ballista is a heavy weapon that fires large harpoons in front of it, damaging all ground objects in the harpoon's path. It is unable to fire on air units.
The Ballista is technically classified as a vehicle in-game.

- Move speed increased to 250 (was 200).

- Line of attack widened slightly; damage remains the same, but it should be easier to hit targets with it.
