Crates are power ups in 8-Bit Armies and its standalone expansions.
Overview[]
Crates appear as bright golden boxes (in Armies), chests (in Hordes), or compact containers (in Invaders!) with a question mark that grants a bonus or punishment whenever an infantry unit moves over it. In skirmish, the crate drop chance slider determines the probability that a crate may appear in the place of a destroyed map prop.
